Tara Harper is a native Houstonian. She graduated from Forest Brook High School and received her bachelor’s
degree from Texas Southern University in Health Information Management. Tara then went on to complete her
Master of Business Administration from DeVry University and is currently working on her PhD. in Healthcare
Administration from Walden University.

As Founder and President of Creative Educational Learning and Life Success (C.E.L.L.S.), Tara is passionate about the community by helping the people in the community through educational opportunities along with providing the tools needed to live on a higher level of success by pouring the gifts that God has given me into others. One of my favorite Mantras that I live by is: It works if you work it. Tara enjoys singing, dancing, ministering, and encouraging people. She also enjoys and finds fulfillment in mentoring and providing guidance to young and mature individuals on educational journeys and life choices.

Tara resides in the Houston area with her husband and her dog.
